URGENT: PRODUCT RECALL



Due to a recent HSE guidance note being issued for the Ocean Reef Dual Tank Valve, Part No: 33049, Ocean Reef have issued a product recall of this item for all dealers distributing to UK based facilities. So with great regret all customers of Diveotion Scuba Services Limited who have purchased this item will need to return them with immediate affect.


As Diveotion Scuba Services Limited greatly value their customer welfare, a credit note for the goods returned, will be issued upon receipt. This is despite Ocean Reef only offering refunds to suppliers for Dual Tank Valves purchased in the last two years only.

 

Failure to return these items and not following company and/or HSE guidance, will invalidate insurance policies for commercial entities should an incident occur. Diveotion Scuba Services Limited will not be held responsible should this occur after delivery of this notification. 

 

As a viable alternative the 'Gemini' switch block will soon hit the market as a fully approved, 'CE Rated' device that Diveotion Scuba Services Limited are proud to announce will have access to. So please make contact if more details are required on this. Projected release date: Q1 2022.
